Hunter Operations printed CR80 PVC plastic cards are perfect for a variety of uses, including: photo staff ID cards, business cards, membership cards, and event name badges.
Our custom PVC plastic card design and printing service is popular with event managers seeking a sophisticated and durable alternative to paper-based name badges, especially for multi-day events, and also with employers in need of staff ID cards.
Our cards are made from 760 Micron solid white PVC and are standard credit card size (85mm * 54mm) with rounded corners.
Upon request, we can punch your cards. Pre-punched cards can be used with our plain or customised lanyards, as well as our full range of badge accessories including badge clips so that users can secure the cards to their clothing.
If you are organising a large-scale event, you’ll be pleased to know that our printed PVC badges and cards are also compatible with our name badge organiser display trays and transport cases.
To get started, just send us your PVC card design specifications and any logo/artwork files: we’ll produce a proof to confirm the design with you before we print. Card designs can be single or double-sided.
